We deliver and erect memorials throughout mainland England & Wales. Our prices are the same wherever we go, there are no extra charges for distance. We can also arrange export to a large portion of the world.

|
How long will it take for a stone to be delivered? |
Usually delivery is 6-12 weeks to get from order to fitting through gaining permission from the burial authorities and production of the stone. 6 weeks is an absolute minimum and we cannot promise a stone in this time.

|
How soon after the burial can a stone be erected? |
Generally it is wise to wait at least 6 months to allow the ground to settle unless there is a cemetery beam (long piece of concrete like a path onto which memorials are fixed). However this does not prevent you ordering within this time.

I've seen a stone I like but I can't find it in your catalogue can you help me? |
In almost every case the answer is yes! We can quote for any stone from any catalogue (AND generally delight you with the price). Alternatively you can send a photograph of an existing stone.

Our local cemetery has been laying down numerous 'unsafe' stones, how will you stop this happening? |
All our memorials are fixed to the NAMM code of working practice, using ground anchors where appropriate.
|
|
|
What about guarantees/insurance? |
All our stonework is guaranteed for 10 years (subject to reasonable conditions) and in the case of fixing, each memorial comes with a certificate of conformity regarding the fixing and ground anchoring as appropriate. We offer very reasonable insurance cover from the market leader, Stoneguard.

I would like to see how the inscription will be laid out before it is 'set in stone!' |
Of course you would. Once we have approval for the inscription from the burial authorities we send you 3 or 4 layouts of what the stone could look like for your approval, if you don't like what you see then the layout / style can usually be changed until you are happy.
